January 19, 2024 – "Speaking and Listening to God throughout the day"

The Men of God Drawing Closer to God in Prayer Series will help men better understand the power of prayer and learn practical ways to improve their prayer lives. Every Catholic man of the Holy Family is part of the Men of God and warmly invited to attend and grow in faith and brotherhood with other men of the parish.
 

6-7 p.m. Adoration and Confessions in the Church
7-8 p.m. Dinner and Talk in Kattar Hall (Holy Family Academy)
 

If you are a man and a member of Holy Family Parish, you are automatically a member of the Men of God! 
Like Jesus called the Apostles to become the original “band of brothers”, every Catholic man in the parish is invited be active in the Men of God to build true bonds of brotherhood with his brothers in Christ.
2023-2024 Men of God Drawing Closer to God Prayer Series

"Drawing Closer to God in Prayer" is a five-part series which will help men learn practical ways to improve their prayer lives and become better Catholic sons and Catholic fathers:

• September 15, 2023 – Why pray when it seems God isn’t listening
• November 3, 2023 – How to have a real conversation with God
• January 19, 2024 – Speaking and Listening to God throughout the day
• April 12, 2024 – The Riches of Prayer
• June 21, 2024 – End of Year Feast

1. Draw closer to Jesus Christ through Eucharistic Adoration and confession.
2. Enjoy a hearty meal and time to meet and deepen friendships with their brothers in the parish.
3. Learn practical approaches to grow in prayer life with practical suggestions to take home.
4. Have a chance to ask questions about prayer and the spiritual life.
